Visit the communityAcres Together brings a garden map, plant library and growing calendar into one workspace. Start with a few raised beds or map a larger homestead. Add beds, in-ground plots, paths, greenhouses, trees, ponds and other features, then name each area so it is easy to find as your plan grows.
Adjust the property grid in feet or inches, move and resize objects, and organize the layout around the way you use your space. Use the map to plan where growing areas, paths, water and structures belong. The map is a planning tool; check measurements on site before building.
Browse vegetables, herbs, berries, fruit and nut trees, flowers, medicinal plants and wild edible plants. Search by plant or variety and review starting, spacing, care, expected maturity and estimated harvest information. Add the plants you choose to a bed or ground plot and keep varieties attached to the place where you planted them.
Set a location and frost dates to create a planting calendar with suggested seed-starting, transplanting and harvest windows. Crop timelines make planned and recorded dates easier to compare. Use tasks to keep upcoming garden work visible, and adjust estimates to match your climate, seed packet and actual conditions.
Record planting progress, watering, harvest weights and journal notes. Track seed inventory and supplies alongside the beds that need them. A community area lets growers share posts, gardens, albums and ideas when they choose. Guest plans stay on the device; signed-in plans can be saved to an account.
Design your land, care for each bed, and explore your garden through time.
Your saved footprints and positions, brought into 3D.
Grass and clouds are decorative scenery; your property boundary and dimensions stay the same. Lighting moods are artistic presets, not a sun-position or shade study. Plant models represent growing forms, not an exact cultivar or a photograph.
Explore: W A S D / arrow keys or the on-screen buttons move the camera. In Orbit / Aerial they pan; in Walk through they walk. Drag to orbit; scroll or pinch to zoom; Shift + drag to pan. In Walk through, drag to look and hold W A S D, arrow keys or the on-screen arrows to move.
Plant forms, default heights, maturity and growth are illustrative. Set a selected object’s 3D height to match your measurements. Projected dates use your planting records and calendar estimates; they do not predict weather, survival or yield. Undated features keep illustrative sizes. Moving through time does not change your saved plan or recorded progress.
Step into shared gardens. Follow the growing stories. Find your next good idea.

Planned crops follow the selected year and season. Bed, path and irrigation materials cover the physical layout once.
Add tools, fertilizer, fittings, delivery or anything else you need. Custom supplies stay with this plan across seasons.
Amounts are estimates. Enter actual packet sizes, fill depths, material bag sizes and local unit prices. Soil volume does not account for existing fill; edging assumes one perimeter course. Tax, delivery, hardware and irrigation fittings are not included. Mark items obtained as you gather them.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Acres Together website, garden and homestead planner, plant library, account tools, and community features (collectively, the “Service”). “Acres Together,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use it only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for your use. You may not use the Service if applicable law prohibits you from doing so.
Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials confidential, and promptly tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account except to the extent caused by our failure to meet a legal duty. Do not impersonate another person, share accounts in a way that defeats security controls, or create accounts through automated or deceptive means.
The Service lets you create plans, map growing spaces, track plants and tasks, keep garden records, and export or share selected materials. Depending on the feature and whether you are signed in, information may be stored in your browser or with your account. Guest plans may remain only on the device and browser where they were created. Account plans and records are associated with your account. You are responsible for choosing what to save, export, or share and for keeping independent copies of information that matters to you. We do not promise uninterrupted access, permanent retention, or recovery of deleted, corrupted, or inaccessible content.
You control whether to use community features and what to submit to them. Content you choose to post, publish, share, or place on a public profile may be visible, copied, or redistributed by other people. Do not post private or confidential information, including precise home-location details, unless you intend to make it public. You are responsible for the content and audience settings you choose.
You retain ownership of content you submit (“User Content”). You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit it and to grant the license in this section. You grant Acres Together a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt as technically necessary, display, transmit, and distribute your User Content solely to provide, secure, maintain, back up, and support the Service and to carry out sharing choices you make. For public content, this includes making it available to the audience and features you select. This license ends when your content is deleted from active systems, except for temporary backups, records we must retain by law, and copies or uses already made by other users under your sharing settings. We do not acquire ownership of your User Content under this license.
You may not use the Service to post or transmit content that is unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, harassing, hateful, exploitative, deceptive, defamatory, invasive of another person’s privacy, or infringing of intellectual-property rights. Do not upload malicious code, spam, advertisements without permission, or content that endangers people, animals, or property. Respect other gardeners and the privacy settings they choose.
You may not: (a) access accounts, systems, or data without authorization; (b) probe, scan, or test the Service in a way that disrupts it or violates applicable law; (c) bypass access controls or rate limits; (d) introduce malware or interfere with security; (e) scrape or harvest personal information; (f) use automated means to copy or overload the Service; (g) reverse engineer or decompile the Service except where law does not allow that restriction; or (h) use the Service to violate another person’s rights or any law. You may not use garden guidance or community content as a substitute for professional advice where qualified advice is needed.
Except for User Content and third-party materials identified as such, the Service and its original text, software, design, graphics, illustrations, compilation, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Acres Together. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for its intended garden-planning purposes. No other license is granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.
If you believe material on the Service infringes your rights, contact grow@acrestogether.com with the URL, identification of the work, your contact details, and an explanation of the concern. We may remove or restrict access to reported material and may restrict or terminate accounts of repeat infringers. This general reporting address is not represented as a registered DMCA designated agent. Formal statutory notices must be delivered as required by applicable law.
Plant profiles, planting windows, hardiness and growing-zone references, climate information, weather forecasts, harvest estimates, companion-planting suggestions, prices, and supply calculations are general educational and planning aids. They may be incomplete, delayed, approximate, or unsuitable for your site. Local weather, soil, cultivar, pests, regulations, and other conditions affect results. Verify critical information with reliable local sources and product labels. You decide what to plant, build, apply, purchase, or consume and do so at your own risk. The Service is not agricultural, engineering, medical, legal, pesticide, or other professional advice.
The Service may rely on or link to third-party hosting, data, maps, weather, storage, or other services. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or actions. Your use of them is subject to their applicable terms.
We may add, change, pause, or discontinue features. We may remove content, restrict access, or suspend or terminate an account when reasonably necessary to protect the Service or users, address violations, comply with law, or respond to security risks. You may stop using the Service and may request account closure by emailing us. Deletion may make plans and records unavailable and may not immediately remove copies held in backups or content already copied by others. Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
If a feature requires payment, the price, billing frequency, renewal terms, cancellation method, and any applicable refund rules will be presented before you agree to purchase. Those purchase terms will supplement these Terms and control if they conflict for that purchase.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service and all information and materials are provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, accurate, or that content will always be preserved. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Acres Together and its operators, contributors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, crop loss, property damage, or costs of substitute services arising from or related to the Service or these Terms, under any theory of liability, even if advised that such harm was possible. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or US $50. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Acres Together against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your User Content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your material breach of these Terms. We will give you reasonable notice of a claim and allow you to participate in its defense. You may not settle a claim in a way that imposes an obligation or admission on us without our written consent.
These Terms are governed by the laws that apply to the operator and the user, without displacing any mandatory consumer-protection law that applies to you. Any dispute will be heard by a court with jurisdiction under applicable law. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent relief from a court with proper authority.
We may revise these Terms as the Service or law changes. We will update the “Last updated” date and, when a change is material, provide notice through the Service or another reasonable method where required. Changes apply on the stated effective date. Your continued use after that date means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.
If a court finds one provision unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a lawful business reorganization or transfer of the Service. These Terms, together with any terms presented for specific features or purchases, are the entire agreement about your use of the Service. These Terms do not create an agency, partnership, employment, or joint venture.
For questions, account requests, or notices about these Terms, email grow@acrestogether.com. Email is the current contact method published by Acres Together. Do not send confidential or highly sensitive information through the contact form.

This Privacy Policy explains how Acres Together (“Acres Together,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you visit or use the Acres Together website, garden and homestead planner, accounts, and community features (the “Service”). It describes the information we receive, why we use it, when it may be shared, and choices available to you. By using the Service, you acknowledge this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use account or community features.
Account information. If you create an account, we collect your email address, display name, and password. Passwords are stored as password hashes, not as readable passwords. We also create account and session records needed to sign you in, secure the account, and provide account features. You may provide an optional profile image or choose an available avatar.
Garden and planner information. You may enter plans, maps, garden dimensions and objects, plant choices, schedules, tasks, notes, locations, journal entries, inventory, watering and harvest records, costs, and photos. This information can reveal personal details, including where you garden. Please take care with names, notes, images, and location details.
Community information. If you choose to participate, we process profile details such as a handle, name, biography, growing zone or region, interests, and avatar, plus posts, comments, reactions, follows, group membership, messages, reports, saved items, garden showcases, albums, captions, and uploaded photos. Some of this is visible to other community members or the public according to the feature and settings you choose.
Messages to us. The Contact us form prepares a message in your own email application. The website does not send that form directly. If you choose to send the email, we receive the information in it, including your name, email address, topic, and message.
You can use some planner features without signing in. Guest plans and certain preferences or temporary unsaved edits may be kept in browser storage on that device. That information is not automatically available on another device and may be cleared by your browser. When you sign in, the Service uses a first-party, secure, HttpOnly session cookie to maintain your login. It is used for account functionality and security. The Service does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party advertising trackers.
When your browser connects to the Service, our hosting and security infrastructure may receive technical information such as IP address, browser and device details, requested pages or API routes, timestamps, and error or security events. We use limited operational records for delivering the site, preventing abuse, rate limiting, troubleshooting, and protecting accounts. Authentication and recovery attempts may be counted using a one-way digest of an IP address and related account input for rate limiting. We do not currently use third-party analytics or ad targeting on the Service.
We use information to provide and maintain the planner, save and retrieve account plans, authenticate users, display community features and user-selected shares, store uploaded community photos, respond to inquiries, moderate and address reports, prevent fraud and abuse, troubleshoot errors, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations. We may also use information to communicate important service, account, policy, or security notices.
Account plans are designed to be private to the signed-in account. Community participation and publishing a profile or showcase are optional actions. If you publish a profile, post, comment, garden showcase, group content, or album, information and content you choose to include may be viewable by the audience indicated by that feature. Others may copy, save, screenshot, or redistribute visible content. Turning off a public profile or deleting a post can remove it from the Service’s active display, but cannot erase copies others already made.
Garden showcases are separate snapshots that you choose to publish. The Service indicates that exact location coordinates, private journal notes, journal photos, supplies, inventory, and watering records are excluded from those snapshots. If you enable sharing of planting dates or include other details in a post, those selected details may be visible. Review names, labels, photos, and other details before publishing.
We do not sell personal information for money. We may share information in these circumstances:
We do not provide your account email or password to community members as part of a public profile. Community members may contact you through the Service’s messaging feature if you enable messages and the feature permits it.
You may enter a ZIP code, growing region, or garden coordinates to receive local climate, weather, or hardiness information. Coordinates may be stored as part of your account plan or browser-saved guest plan. When you request these location-based features, the relevant location may be sent to the provider used for that feature. Avoid entering a precise home address unless the feature requires it and you are comfortable doing so.
We keep account and user-submitted information while needed to operate the Service, maintain your account and chosen features, address safety or legal needs, and resolve disputes. You can delete plans and certain community content through available controls. To request account deletion or help with information that cannot be deleted through the interface, email grow@acrestogether.com from the address associated with your account and describe your request. We may retain limited information where required by law, for legitimate security or dispute purposes, or in backups for a limited period. Deletion may not remove content already copied by other users.
We use measures intended to protect information, including password hashing, secure session cookies, access controls, and rate limiting. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Keep your password and account recovery information private and contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and take appropriate steps.
You can choose whether to create an account, what information to enter, whether to participate in the community, and what content to publish. You may update profile details, disable public profile visibility, remove content, delete plans, sign out, or request account deletion using available controls or by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of certain personal information, or to appeal a decision about a request. Email us to make a request. We may verify your identity and apply exceptions permitted by law.
Where applicable state privacy laws provide rights, residents may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information and may have rights to opt out of certain targeted advertising, sale, or profiling. The Service does not currently sell personal information for money or use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. Contact grow@acrestogether.com to submit a request. We will respond as required by applicable law.
The Service is operated for users in the United States. If you use it from another country, information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our providers operate, which may have different data-protection laws than your location.
We may update this Policy as the Service or applicable law changes. We will revise the “Last updated” date and provide additional notice for material changes when required. The updated Policy applies from its stated effective date.
For privacy questions or requests, email grow@acrestogether.com. Please do not include passwords or other highly sensitive information in your message.
